UBM has been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange since the year 1873. This makes it one of the oldest companies on the stock exchange in Austria. The 3,000,000 shares are traded in the market segment „Standard Market Auction" of the Vienna Stock Exchange, where the price determination is carried out daily at 12:30 according to the Principle of Maximizing Executions. At a value of € 90,0 mio. the stock capitalization registered an decrease by 40 % at the end of 2008.

The UBM stock are included in the Vienna Stock Index (WBI) with an index of 0.19% (as of 31.12.2008), which reflects the development of the Austrian stock market as an overall market index.
