For years, the UBM Group has proven its knack for success. Important projects have been completed in the last years while new goals were fleshed out.
And thus all the previous activities in Europe also show the success of the geographic diversification. The needs in Central and Eastern Europe are much larger in the long-term, for instance, than in Austria. A great demand could be noticed here, especially in the construction of apartments.
But in general, all segments are under-serviced in these future markets. It is a tremendous potential, which UBM has been utilizing for years already with the success of the company in mind. For this reason the revenue of the UBM companies in these countries is kept at a consistently high level.
UBM will continue heading for success in the future as well. In addition to the expansion of the home markets, there was a market entry in Rumania, Bulgaria and Croatia, while the path into the Ukraine and Russia is being prepared.
